Dedicated high-speed, high-capacity Broadband Connect Fibre
connectivity at your fingertips.

This uninterrupted, wireless technology is ideal for businesses that use applications that consume a lot of bandwidth such as video conferencing, VoIP and VPN, etc.

FIBRE OVERVIEW

What is Business Internet Fibre?

Business Internet Fibre provides super-fast speeds for all of your daily internet needs. The Fibre cables are made out of hair-thin strands of glass. Data is sent across these strands as light signals. Most internet connections send data as electrical signals through copper or microwaves. Fibre however, uses light signals, which are much faster.

It promises high-speed internet access through scalable fibre connectivity to businesses, whether you are a small start-up or a larger SMME with higher bandwidth requirements.

Selecting your fibre service:
Choose between our capped and premium service offerings depending on your business needs:

  • Business Internet Fibre Capped; designed for smaller SMEs, offers data bundles allowing you to choose a suitable asymmetrical capped bundle for your business at a very competitive price.
  • Business Internet Fibre Premium (uncapped); suitable for SMEs requiring a symmetrical bandwidth with uncapped Internet accounts. Allowing you scalability, making provision for all your business needs, be it Office 365, Conference Connect and additional voice and hosting services.

Flexible

Together with Broadband Connect Fibre we offer a choice of multiple service plans.

The speed of Fibre is dependent on Contention Ratio

What is Contention Ratio?

Contention Ratio (or over subscription ratio) is the number of users sharing the same data capacity. The lower the contention ratio, the higher the quality of service.  A 10:1 contention ratio means that up to 10 customers are sharing the same bandwidth at any one time.
